Sameskin
We run inclusive drama and dance/physical theatre workshops for people with and without disabilities from 11 up to adult through our SameSkin project.
Our methods involve creative application of theatre forms including character creation, acting techniques, communication skills, dance, music and physical theatre.
InsideOutside Theatre’s vision is to contribute to a community in which our participants achieve a high quality of life and are recognised as respected citizens.
Our goals are to:
- Encourage friendships, teamwork and networking opportunities.
- Allow participants to experience the pleasure of creativity.
- Provide quality training in drama and dance/physical theatre.
- Create performance opportunities.
- Provide employment and/or personal development for participants.
We have a new venue from 2014 at ‘The Space’ in North Lakes and will be running sessions on Saturdays from 10am-12pm and Thursdays from 1-3pm. $15 per session or 10 sessions for $130.
