Murder comes to Scarborough

InsideOutside continues to strengthen the partnership with Scarborough’s Café 3eightnine by bringing two interactive murder mysteries to the venue this spring.

Artistic Director, Angela Witcher, said; “We love the venue and the audience it attracts and are delighted to be performing both Full Steam Ahead, which is set in 1930s France and Murder on the Dance Floor – a 1980s dance extravaganza, to 3eightnine. Both shows are interactive and guests are encouraged to dress in ‘period’ style and become detectives for the night.”

Full Steam Ahead will be performed on 23 and 30 September and Murder on the Dance Floor on 14 and 21 October.

Scarborough’s 3eightnine is in Landsborough Avenue, opposite the beach.  Tickets will cost $62 (including a delicious three course meal) and local performers Susan Harding-Smith from Redcliffe is amongst the performers.

Café owner Renate Montague said, “We want to provide our guests with something a little bit different and are having a great time working with the team at InsideOutside. We have had very positive feedback to date and are looking forward to hosting these two shows.”
